EDEN OAKS’ MCMASTER INC

We are excited to be a part of Eden Oak's latest development, showcasing 32 meticulously crafted single lots nestled in the breathtaking landscape of Halton Hills. Our current efforts involve the careful removal of excess topsoil from the site, which we are transporting to a secure and environmentally responsible location.

In addition to this crucial task, we will be excavating and finalizing the grading of a state-of-the-art stormwater management pond, ensuring the area's ecological balance. Throughout the development, we will also be undertaking comprehensive cut-and-fill operations to shape the property as per design.

To achieve the final elevation for the lots, we plan to import over 50,000 cubic meters of engineerable clean fill, thereby completing the site to pre-grade levels. Stay tuned for further updates as this project progresses!

Peel Manor Seniors Rental Building Development

We are proud to announce the start of our new project, Peel Manor, with Ledcor’s residential division, LCG. This new building will feature 198 affordable rental units specifically designed for seniors, as part of Peel Region's community housing development program. Our team is proud to contribute to this significant community-focused build, supporting LCG in setting the groundwork for a successful and efficient construction process.

We are looking forward to a close collaboration with LCG as we embark on this project, and we can't wait to share our progress as we break ground and advance the vision for Peel Manor! Stay tuned for exciting updates.

Scope of Work – Laying the Foundation Right:

  • Remove excess fill material offsite with the use of dump trucks to an environmentally approved location.

  • Grading for building pad, parking lot, and landscape areas to sub-grade designs using GPS equipped machinery.

  • Supply and Place granular to the underside of concrete base for Slab on Grade.

  • Excavation and backfill of all building footings to design elevation.
